By accessing our website, placing orders, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Payment Processing

We use Razorpay, a third-party payment processor, to process payments made through our website. By making a payment through our website, you agree to be bound by Razorpay's terms of service and privacy policy, in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

All payment information is encrypted and securely processed by Razorpay. We do not store your credit card details or other payment information on our servers.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment for all orders must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been confirmed.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour of placing an order. After this time period, cancellations will not be accepted, and no refunds will be provided.

6. No Refund Policy

We maintain a no-refund policy for all completed orders. Once an order has been processed and payment has been confirmed, no monetary refunds will be issued. Refunds or replacements at business owners descretion

7. Product Quality and Compensation

We take great pride in the quality of our mangoes. In the event that you receive damaged products:

• If 90% or more of the mangoes in your order are damaged upon delivery, we will send a replacement box.
• If some of the mangoes in your order are damaged upon delivery, we will compensate the same in next order.
• Documentation (photos) of the damaged products must be provided within 2 hours of delivery
• Compensation will be provided in the form of product replacement only, not monetary refunds
• Replacement will be fulfilled with your next order placement

8. Product Information

We make every effort to accurately display the products available on our website. However, we do not guarantee that the images, descriptions, or other content on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aambaazaar, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
