Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hour of placing an order.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order details.
  • Cancellation requests are subject to review and are granted at the sole discretion of Aambaazaar management.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be honored.

Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 1 hour of placing an order.
  • All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are granted entirely at the discretion of Aambaazaar management.
  • If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refunds processed through Razorpay typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's policies.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be considered in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 1-hour window from order placement
  • Orders that have already been shipped
  • Special items marked as non-refundable
  • Orders with used or damaged products
